Return policy (We've gotta say it.)

Ok, since our clients can pay with their credit cards, the credit card companies require we place a return policy on our website. Here's the bottom line, we've never had a client ask for a return. In fact, we've never had a client leave us.

In the nearly impossible event that it does happen, we ultimately charge all work by the hour and will only charge you for the work that has been completed.

Now that we have that out of the way, our goal is to make you as happy as possible. We will gladly work with you if the unlikely event that you become unhappy actually happens.
